Frequently asked questions
How long does shipping take?
All orders are sent with tracking numbers and you should receive an email from the shop with that info as soon as your item ships, which usually happens within 5 business days.
Once shipped, domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on your local postal service. International shipping times vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Sometimes, like when we launch a campaign or during the holidays, we get a higher than normal volume of orders which can cause delays. We're a small shop but we’re working as fast as we can to get the shipments out and we appreciate your patience!
Why am I getting charged for two separate shipping costs?
Fulfillment from our made to order apparel items are handled separately by our printers and are thus shipped separately from two locations.
How are pre-orders handled?
If your order contains preorder items we will hold the entire shipment until all items are available to be shipped. This helps us keep shipping prices low, but if you would like us to ship your pre-ordered items separately please reach out and let us know.
Refunds/ Exchanges
Unworn/unused merchandise in its original packaging can be returned/exchanged within 30 days. Please note that merchandise that has been washed or distressed are not eligible for returns and will be shipped back to you. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
If your item is damaged or incorrect upon receiving it, please send us an email within 13 days of arrival. Please include your name, order number, a description of your situation, and photos.
If your item hasn’t been sent yet and you would like to change or cancel your order, please send us an email as soon as possible at patabotshop@gmail.com
The items I received has a defect!
While we try our best, minor blemishes are inevitable. If this is more than a minor blemish we will work with you! Please reach out to patabotshop@gmail.com
How are your shirts printed?
Our apparel is printed on quality cotton with either a lightweight comfortable feel or a heavy duty thickness that you can feel. The print itself is made to order and fulfilled by our partner Printful. We also have some screen print quality occasionally available at a limited quantity.
There are many benefits to made to order printing: It helps minimize waste and overproduction, lowers our carbon footprint, allows for more inclusive sizing, reduces shipping costs for international customers, and allows me to both carry and make more design options.
Still, as an artist, I’m quite fond of the design control and quality that screenprint can offer and will occasionally have a limited run of screen print quality shirts of our more popular designs available only through pre-orders and conventions. Any remaining stock is labeled as screen print quality and put up on our online shop.
Do you have sizing tips?
Our shirts are unisex sizing and can run large for women. To find the fit you want, compare the measurements from our sizing chart with a shirt that you already own.
Do you have washing tips?
Machine wash cold inside-out with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Iron on medium heat inside-out if needed.

Art can be really fun! Art can also be really frustrating! Keep drawing. Draw alot. Keep challenging yourself. Seek out resources and allies. Most importantly: enjoy the process, do it for yourself, and have fun!
